More Coldwell Banker

Rather than having a separate cast study for each of the Coldwell Banker sites we worked on, we thought it would be easier to put them all on 1 page.

Coldwell Banker are one of the most well known real estate agents in the USA, with offices in virtually every state, and often multiple offices in each state.

A couple of years ago we were asked to provide SEO services for a number of participating “affiliates” (that’s the same as franchisees in the UK), mainly in the outlying US Virgin Islands and other island locations.

At the time the real estate market was red hot, with many Americans and other nationalities looking for retirement homes, holiday homes, and investment properties in these locations.

Of course in such a bubbling economy, and hot market, there are dozens of competitors to contend with.

We performed essentially the same process for each site.

First of all we corrected errors on the sites, and made sure that they were optimised for their main keywords. Then we built worked on each site every month to achieve the results they needed.
